Meet Coach Paige!
Paige has been a personal trainer and certified nutritionist for 6 years and counting. Her journey started when she started teaching fitness classes part time. She instantly fell in love with the journey and when she was diagnosed with IBD in 2020 she decided to take it full time. Since then she has continued her education and has completed her Master Nutrition Certification. Paige has helped over 500 badass individuals become the best version of themselves and can't wait to continue. This is just the beginning!
Meet Coach Noel
Hey Everyone! I am Coach Noel and have a BS in Nutrition and am certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. I Came from an eating disorder background after I broke my arms in 5th grade and gained 20lbs in just a few months. I started to have body dysmorphia which led to an eating disorder. I shamed myself for eating and abused exercise in the process.
I have been on a path to helping others ever since I recovered. It first started with personal training, I helped men and women regain their confidence in themselves. This is where I noticed how much food impacts everything about us: our digestive system, mental health, hormones, and physical health. Which led to my degree in nutrition, it was empowering to learn that the food we consume helps our body more than we even know.
Meet Coach Sarah
Sarah has been a nutrition and fitness coach with Eat the Cake fitness since January 2022. Prior to this, Sarah was a D2 volleyball player who through disordered eating struggles and injuries found a desire to learn more about nutrition and wellness to better her own health. After this, she worked as an athletic trainer/head athletic trainer for a D3 college for 5.5 years before following her desire to help more people! Sarah has a passion for educating and supporting clients throughout their wellness and fitness journey to help them reach their goals and create sustainable change. She is an ACE certified health coach, an NASM certified corrective exercise specialist, a BOC certified athletic trainer, has a bachelors in athletic training, a masters in applied exercise science with a concentration in human movement science, and is working towards her PN1 certification. In her spare time, Sarah is a volleyball coach, runs an athletic development program, enjoys camping, and loves hanging with her 2 dogs!
